You will have heard of many different profiling tools; Insights Discovery, DISC, MBTI... all of them offer up a useful insight into how our psychological preferences 'show up' and how we can adapt our approach to achieve better outcomes.
We work with C-me Colour Profiling, where the focus is on our behaviours and where they be helpful, or when they might hinder the outcome we are trying to achieve.
You have a choice of profiles... we can offer the High Performance Profile which takes a deep dive into our behavioural preferences and looks at how we bring value to our team, where communication works best for us, how we influence (or sell) to those around us - even how we work best in a remote environment.
There is also an opportunity to use a Recruitment Profile - this covers all the basics and offers up some areas to drive your conversations during the interview process.

We'll deliver an immersive workshop that explores the behavioural science behind the colour model. We'll look at our behaviours and the behaviours favoured by our colleagues before diving into a series of activities to bring that learning to life.
Then it's profile time! It's an opportunity to read your own profile, share your initial insights with others and for them to share theirs. After some time to reflect, we'll bring the group back together and fuel our session with communication, behavioural change, influencing and the value we add to our team.
