Elevating capability with toolkits, micro-learning, self-directed learning and facilitated workshops giving a total resource for managers to gather the skills needed in the workplace right now. A classic case of a client being as obsessed with making work better as we are! 

​

15below wanted to give their managers an easy to navigate toolkit of 'power skills' to support their collaborative and welcoming culture. 

 

We have a long standing relationship with the 15below and understand their teams and what great learning looks like for them. 

 

As the organisation moved to a hybrid model of working, the role of the manager became even more nuanced, with emerging skillsets and expectations.

 

They needed an initiative that would engage, motivate and inspire leaders to lead their teams to success.

The sessions also needed to be delivered both in the UK and Australia.

Solution

Through close collaboration, and fuelled by our deep understanding of the 15below team, Acceler8 mapped out a suggested learning pathway, covering each of those skills required. 

The learning needed to be recognisable as part of the 15below employee experience, so we got to work to create a unique identity for '15b+me grow'.
 
Designed using proven learning techniques, the initiative comprised a series of facilitator-led sessions covering those key topics in a blended, accessible, bite-sized learning framework that encouraged participants to 'PowerUp!'. 

The PowerUp! library of learning is now in it's second year of delivery continues to influence leadership capability in the UK and in Australia.
